Please Read Before Purchase

ToolxBD sells access-based digital subscriptions for AI, SEO, design, writing, video, and productivity tools. Once an order is activated, the package is considered delivered because access has been arranged for the customer.

General Refund Rule

Refunds are not available for activated subscriptions, minor downtime, temporary access limits, change of mind, unused days, accidental purchase, or failure to use the tools after access has been provided.

Shared Service Nature

Some ToolxBD packages may use shared or managed access. Shared subscriptions can occasionally face limits, provider-side restrictions, verification checks, or temporary downtime. We work to restore access quickly, but uninterrupted access to every tool at every moment cannot be guaranteed.

When We May Consider a Refund

  • A refund may be reviewed if a single paid tool stays unavailable for more than 3 consecutive days and no working replacement can be provided.
  • The customer must contact support during the active subscription period and provide enough details for checking the issue.
  • ToolxBD may offer a replacement tool, package adjustment, account reactivation, or added time before approving any refund.

No Refund Situations

  • You gave incorrect account, contact, or payment information.
  • You shared, resold, transferred, or misused your ToolxBD access.
  • You attempted to use the service on an unsupported device or unsupported browser setup.
  • You violated ToolxBD rules or a third-party tool provider's usage policy.
  • A beta, bonus, unstable, or free trial tool does not work as expected.
  • You did not contact support before the package expired.

Support First

If a tool is not working, contact support first. Most access issues can be solved by reactivation, replacement access, browser guidance, extension setup, or remote support instructions.

Processing Approved Refunds

If ToolxBD approves a refund, the amount, method, and processing time will depend on the original payment channel and the specific case. Any payment gateway charge, mobile banking fee, or already-used service value may be deducted where applicable.
