By using https://www.toolxbd.com/, creating an account, purchasing a package, starting a trial, or accessing any ToolxBD service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Accurate Account Information

Customers must provide real and accurate information during registration, payment confirmation, and support communication. Fake names, temporary email addresses, misleading payment details, or unreachable contact information may lead to account restriction without refund.

Device and Access Requirements

• ToolxBD services are mainly intended for desktop or laptop browser use.
• Some tools may require a supported browser, extension, active internet connection, or manual activation by support.
• We do not promise that every tool will work properly on mobile devices, unsupported browsers, VPNs, proxies, or modified browser environments.
• Tool IDs, private passwords, or direct credentials may not be provided unless a specific package clearly includes that access type.

Single-User Use

Your ToolxBD account and subscription are for your personal use only. Sharing, reselling, renting, transferring, or allowing team members to use the same account is not allowed unless ToolxBD approves it in writing.

Payments and Subscription Period

Package access begins after payment is verified and activation is completed. Most monthly subscriptions run for 30 days from the activation or payment date unless the package page states a different period. Access may expire automatically if payment is not renewed on time.

Package Changes

Tools included in a package may not be changed in the middle of an active subscription unless ToolxBD chooses to provide an alternative for support or availability reasons. Customers may request a different package for the next billing period.

Tool Availability

ToolxBD tries to maintain reliable access, but shared and third-party tools may face temporary limits, official provider restrictions, login checks, maintenance, bans, or downtime. Bonus, beta, testing, and unstable tools may be changed, paused, or removed without prior notice.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use ToolxBD access for spam, abuse, scraping, illegal activity, policy violations, or any action that damages the service.
• Do not attempt to extract, expose, bypass, resell, automate, or reverse engineer ToolxBD access systems.
• Do not share dashboard access, cookies, credentials, extension access, or activation details with another person.
• Do not contact third-party tool providers pretending to own ToolxBD-managed accounts.

Support

Customers should contact ToolxBD support when access problems occur. Support may ask for screenshots, browser details, payment proof, or remote troubleshooting steps to identify and fix the issue.

Account Suspension

ToolxBD may suspend or permanently block accounts that break these terms, misuse tools, provide false details, create risk for other users, or attempt to damage the service. Refunds are not provided for suspended accounts caused by rule violations.

Updates to Terms

ToolxBD may update these Terms and Conditions when services, packages, pricing, rules, or legal requirements change. Continued use of ToolxBD after an update means you accept the latest version.
